5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies. Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team.

Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems. Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.

Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of making sound technical decisions and judgments. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
