Principal Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale, customer-facing applications.


• Develop front-end solutions using Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns.


• Build backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and open-source technologies.


• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and micro front-end architectures.


• Support secure, scalable cloud-native deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.


• Apply DevSecOps principles across CI/CD pipelines and related development practices.


• Promote quality-first engineering through test-driven development, automated testing, and secure coding practices.


• Collaborate with architecture, security, UX, and platform teams.


• Mentor peers and contribute to engineering standards.


• Identify customer issues and use them as drivers for internal change.


• Contribute to a collaborative, co-located engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining full stack customer-facing applications at enterprise scale.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.


• Advanced hands-on experience with Angular 11 or later, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end patterns.


• Backend development experience with Java 11 or later, Spring Boot, and open-source technologies.


• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs, microservices, and micro front-end architectures.


• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, including secure and scalable deployments.


• Experience applying test-driven development, automated testing, and secure coding practices.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work effectively with architecture, security, UX, and platform teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams focused on delivering high-quality software.


• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and related tools, including Jenkins, SonarQube, Git/GitHub, Datadog, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience mentoring peers and contributing to engineering standards.


• An enterprise mindset and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership.


• Analytical approach to solving technical and customer-focused challenges.
