Title: ServiceNow Developer / Saas Applications

Location: All Client locations (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Contract: 6+ month with extension for long-term

Only who are local to Client Office locations and can take Assessment before Submission and required for F2F interview for the final round

Overview

While this is primarily a ServiceNow role, they want someone who has other SaaS applications and doesnt primarily make SNOW their whole "idenitity" given the recent layoffs at servicenow and if they ultiamtely end up going in a different direction down the road

Role Overview

• Developer/Tester backfill supporting the existing team.
• Primary focus is ServiceNow development, maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
• Supports the team's technology roadmap through ongoing maintenance and enhancement work.
• Opportunity to work on both custom ServiceNow solutions and future platform improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work alongside two other engineers on the team.
• Participate in daily standups led by manager
• Review Jira backlog, prioritize work, and support sprint execution.
• Handle production support issues as they arise throughout each sprint.
• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within ServiceNow.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow GRC is preferred.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Flexible and adaptable—not solely focused on ServiceNow.
• Open to learning new technologies as the team's priorities evolve.
• Comfortable working with both custom-built ServiceNow solutions and helping evaluate or migrate to out-of-the-box functionality when appropriate.
• Self-starter who can quickly contribute with minimal oversight.

Interview Process

• Round 1: Technical interview with Panel
• Round 2: Team interview with the engineering group.
