Senior Retail Energy Pricing & Risk Analyst

Constellation Energy is seeking a Sr RXS Specialist to lead complex retail energy supply analysis and pricing across electricity and natural gas portfolios. In this role, you will monitor market trends, develop forecasts and risk models, and support trading, hedging, and margin optimization decisions. • Analyze and optimize retail energy supply (RXS) strategies for commercial and residential customers

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance on structuring customer offers and contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk policies
• Recommend process improvements and tools to enhance pricing accuracy and speed
