Job Description:
Seeking a Product Analyst with CIAM experience to gather requirements, analyze user journeys, and support digital identity and authentication solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product/Business Analyst experience.
• Experience creating user stories, epics, and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM / Identity Management projects.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, MFA, and IdP platforms.
• Experience with research, data collection, and process analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and Splunk.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
