Overview

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year transformation of an enterprise ticketing ecosystem. This role will focus on the employee-facing ticketing and POS experience, while working across interconnected areas including online sales, arrival experiences, guest services, operations, and transaction processing.

The ideal candidate is business-minded with strong technical acumen and can effectively bridge operational needs with technology solutions.

Ideal Profile

A tech-savvy, business-focused Product Manager who understands how ticketing and POS capabilities fit into a broader business ecosystem. Someone who can understand operational needs, build strong cross-functional relationships, and help shape product capabilities through a complex, multi-year transformation.

Must-Haves

• Strong Product Management experience supporting complex enterprise platforms or digital products.


• Strong experience with ticketing systems and/or Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.


• Understanding of the end-to-end ticketing/POS transaction lifecycle, including integrations with surrounding systems.


• Strong business process expertise with the ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into product requirements.


• Ability to work effectively between business, operations, and technical teams.


• Experience managing products with multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholder groups.


• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across Operations, Finance, Technology, and other business teams.


• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Preferred

• Theme Park or entertainment ticketing experience; direct experience with complex, high-volume ticketing environments is a major plus.


• Change management experience within a significant technology or business transformation.


• Experience with employee-facing operational products as well as connected customer-facing digital experiences.
