Job Description

UI/UX Designers / Senior Developer - Contract W2/C2C - $61-71 Per HR

Join our team as a Senior Designer/Developer in a remote setting on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for evolving and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement standards and reusable patterns. Candidates should have expertise in modern design tools and development technologies.

Description

  • Lead design-system initiatives and collaborate on strategy and platform architecture.
  • Transform product challenges into standardized system patterns.
  • Define experience requirements for AI-assisted development tools.
  • Create prototypes to address behavioral issues in design.
  • Ensure design intent is effectively translated into production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement system standards from product problems.
  • Define and verify standards for human and machine use.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product design experience with system-wide scope.

  • Ability to translate design intent into structured specifications and artifacts.
  • Extensive collaboration with engineering from concept to implementation.
