Tester or QA

Act as a liaison with stakeholders to elicit, communicate, and validate requirements for new initiatives and functional changes.

Analyze business/user needs and draft Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, swim lanes, and process documentation.

Collaborate in planning sessions with technical teams to ensure technical designs satisfy documented requirements.

Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to validate software implementations.

Formally record and report test results across all test environments to support user acceptance.

QA & Testing Lifecycle: 84 months of comprehensive QA experience (test readiness reviews, test planning/design, execution, verification, defect management, performance/usability, regression testing).

Test Plans & Scenarios: 84 months of experience developing and executing software test plans and scenarios.

Functional Testing Tools: 84 months of experience performing functional testing using Jira, HP ALM, or similar tools.

Automation Framework Design: 84 months of experience designing test automation frameworks for complex multi-platform applications using Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress, or HP UFT.

API & Backend Testing: 48 months of experience testing backend services/APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or script libraries.

Scripting Languages: 48 months of experience writing and maintaining test scripts in Python, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, or C#.

UAT Management: 48 months of experience creating user test scripts and leading user acceptance testing.

Defect/Project Management Tool: 12 months of experience using Redmine.
