Job Description



An enterprise consulting firm is seeking a Senior Oracle EPCM Functional Consultant in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role supports Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions through functional configuration, data integration, testing, and validation across business and technical teams.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (alternating weeks onsite)




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Hybrid




Responsibilities:




  • Configure and maintain Oracle EPCM and related Oracle EPM application functionality to support business requirements.




  • Define, build, and maintain Data Load Rules and related data integration processes.




  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.




  • Configure business rules, calculation logic, allocations, and related application components.




  • Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing, including defect tracking and resolution.




  • Validate inbound and outbound data loads, mappings, transformations, and reconciliation processes.




Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of Oracle EPM functional consulting experience.




  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPCM and related Oracle EPM modules.




  • Strong experience configuring business rules and calculations.




  • Experience defining, building, and testing Data Load Rules.




  • Strong understanding of data integration processes and data validation techniques.




  • Experience with system testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management.




  • Ability to perform data reconciliation and troubleshoot data quality issues.




  • Experience creating functional specifications, configuration documentation, and testing artifacts.




  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




Desired Skills:




  • Prior consulting experience supporting large enterprise implementations.




  • Experience working in the financial services industry.




  • Oracle EPM certifications.
