The Role • Proactively engage prospective individuals to generate interest in healthcare or public assistance programs. • Assess eligibility by gathering demographic, household, and income information. • Educate individuals on program benefits, requirements, and next steps to facilitate informed decisions. • Conduct outbound calls, following approved scripts and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. • Build rapport quickly, communicate persuasively, and overcome objections. • Maintain accurate records in CRM or eligibility systems. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales, scheduling, or retention with a focus on objection handling. • Proven ability to confidently initiate high-volume outbound calls. • Strong listening skills and ability to lead persuasive, consultative conversations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to navigate multiple systems and update CRM platforms efficiently.
