The Role

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with deep clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans, including strategy, tactics, and resource allocation to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrate comprehensive therapeutic expertise and identify unique opportunities within the local market.
• Navigate and stay informed on reimbursement dynamics, including payer access issues across various healthcare systems.
• Adhere to all pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to master product knowledge and score highly on training exams, with annual certification.
• Strong self-starter mentality with a diligent work ethic and exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools for sales execution.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
