Lake Asbury Learning Center is an established, state licensed center that has been providing quality childcare since 2010. We have a 5-star rating through Guiding Stars of Duval, an accredited association that provides a quality rating improvement system for childcare centers throughout Duval County. It is our mission to grow independent and confident, compassionate individuals. Who Are We Looking For?

What You’ll Do:  

  • Guiding Classroom Operations: Support the Lead Teacher in shaping the overall learning experience.  
  • Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.  
  • Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.  

What You Bring to the Table:  

  • Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.  
  • Certification & Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Completed and active DCF 45 Hours. 
  • Experience: 1 year in a licensed childcare setting.
  • Training Requirements:    
    • Possess CPR and First Aid certification. 
    • Pass a Background Check. 
  •  Shift: Ability to work 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
