IT Engagement & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an IT Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen communication, engagement, and collaboration across an IT organization. This role is ideal for a creative, outgoing, and proactive professional who enjoys marketing, storytelling, events, and connecting people with technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in marketing, communications, employee engagement, events, program coordination, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, outgoing, self-motivated, and proactive personality.
• Experience working with multimedia content such as video, audio, or digital communications is a plus.
• Higher education experience is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing previous marketing, communications, multimedia, or creative work is highly desirable.
• Ability to work 3 days onsite in Boston, MA and 2 days remotely.
