These challenges await you: Your responsibilities will include managing, optimizing, and further developing our M365 services (especially Exchange Online) You'll also dive deep into the details, handling analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex M365 and Exchange Online scenarios You'll conduct security assessments and develop recommendations for action You'll manage and optimize mail flow, transport rules, and spam and phishing protection You automate whatever can be automated (e.g., using PowerShell) You take on technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects Close collaboration with customers and internal teams is a natural part of your role What you bring to the table: A completed IT training program (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) with at least 3 years of professional experience Nice to have: MS-900, MS-102, MS-203, or MS-220 In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid configurations Experience with mailflow, security & compliance, as well as email and transport encryption Terms like CIS or BSI standards don't intimidate you PowerShell and other common automation methods are more than just buzzwords to you You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and are eager to take on client projects German at the C1 level or higher What we offer: 30 days of vacation Remote work and flexible work schedules Hansefit corporate fitness program Professional development opportunities Modern workplace equipment JobBike & other benefit programs No suit, no business attire—no problem Have we piqued your interest?
