The Role • Drive new business development within the core commercial market segment through lead generation and relationship building. • Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, and negotiation. • Develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies tailored to client needs. • Prepare and present compelling proposals for commercial electronic security products and services. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to expand existing accounts and secure new clients. • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly within the assigned territory. What You'll Need • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Proven ability to attain or exceed high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets for at least 2 years. • Proficiency in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred. • A valid driver’s license is required.
