Site Analyst II – IT Support & Infrastructure
\nA leading organization is seeking a Site Analyst II to support, maintain, and operate IT systems and related technologies within a site-based environment.
\nThe role provides Level II technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and IT asset management while ensuring reliable and professional support for users across the organization.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide 24/7 Level II IT support through an incident and call-tracking system. \n
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues. \n
- Support, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across areas including: \n
- Network infrastructure \n
- Server infrastructure \n
- Telephony systems \n
- End-user technology \n
- Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records within the organization's inventory system. \n
- Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of assigned IT systems and technologies. \n
- Apply appropriate administrative access and permissions while maintaining a high level of discretion and security. \n
- Provide timely, professional, courteous, and dependable communication to users and internal stakeholders. \n
- Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. \n
- Maintain a working understanding of site-specific IT systems, processes, and operational requirements. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience. \n
- 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and associated tools and utilities. \n
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure. \n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. \n
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. \n
- Strong customer-service orientation. \n
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment. \n
- Appropriate combinations of education and experience may be considered. \n
