The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Perform a range of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on various light vehicles. • Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, providing excellent service and advice to customers. • Work independently, making sound decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 active points. • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. • Ability to think critically and independently on the job.
