Varicent Architect

Position: Contract

Location: Dallas Tx, Basking Ridge - NJ - Hybrid

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient Varicent systems
  • Automate and optimize sales compensation processes
  • Integrate Varicent with related systems (e.g., Sales Planning, CRM)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans
  • Conduct requirements workshops and document outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and webforms in Varicent
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Support ongoing system operations, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
  • Maintain high standards for documentation and solution quality
  • Train and support end-users and business partners on Varicent functionalities.
