⚠️ Interview Process:
The vendor/client will inspect the candidate’s entire room during the video interview. Candidates will also be required to use another video to show their hands/typing while coding.

🔹 Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration
• Strong understanding of HR Case Management and Service Catalog best practices
• Experience designing, developing, and configuring HRSD solutions
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Experience working with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred
• CIS-HR certification preferred

Preferred:
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and emerging HR technology trends
• Experience with employee experience best practices
• Knowledge of HR process optimization
