What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and drive to contribute to a high-performing team. • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience/transferable skills. • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. • Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a hands-on approach. • Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and basic leadership aptitude. • Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) for effective communication.
