The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Support the First Sales Representative in managing workflows and training the team.
• Handle all tasks in the sales floor and warehouse, including receiving and stocking goods.
• Monitor product freshness, particularly for produce and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with inventory and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience/transferable skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a hands-on approach.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and basic leadership aptitude.
• Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) for effective communication.
