Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Kentico CMS, and Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web applications and customer experience solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable working across the full technology stack, providing technical leadership, and developing enterprise-grade solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop and customize solutions using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design, configure, and customize Kentico CMS applications and components.
• Integrate applications with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Cloud CX using APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Develop responsive and modern front-end applications using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Design and consume REST APIs, JSON-based services, and web services.
• Work with SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving support.
• Implement and maintain source control using Git and modern branching practices.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Work with Microsoft Azure services to develop and deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, caching, and responsive design.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C#
• .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET Core
• Strong hands-on experience with Kentico CMS development and customization.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud, preferably Genesys Cloud CX, including APIs and system integrations.
• Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST APIs
• JSON
• Web Services
• Enterprise Integrations
• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Experience with Git and modern source-control practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and tools such as:
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub Actions
• Jenkins
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services is preferred.
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, caching, and responsive design.
• Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and work effectively in a distributed/remote environment.
