HR Officer / HR Generalist

What You Will Do:

- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.

- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, changes, and offboarding.

- Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance support.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and documentation remain up to date.

- Monitor sickness absence and employee-related data, produce meaningful reports, and help identify trends.

- Assist with HR projects, continuous improvement and the development of HR best practice across the business.

What You Will Bring:

- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a commercial or operational environment.

- A solid understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

- Experience dealing with employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities confidently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with people at all levels.
