Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting technical or emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience developing and documenting use cases.
• Experience with process mapping and business process documentation.
