IT Healthcare Business Analyst (Medicaid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant / Clinical Business Analyst to support Medicaid initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert in medical coding, clinical analysis, and healthcare business processes. Responsibilities include managing ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS code updates, analyzing business requirements, collaborating with technical and business teams, supporting policy implementation, and maintaining documentation.
Required Skills:

• Medicaid and healthcare payer experience

• Medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)

• Clinical analysis and business analysis

• Healthcare claims processing

• Medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology

• Experience working with IT development teams

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

• Active RN license and CPC or CCS certification required
