Summary
The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting members applying for Oklahoma SoonerCare Services through the mysoonercare.org website. Responsibilities could change as directed by the supervisor depending on the need.
Your role in our mission
- Answers calls from our members regarding their Soonercare application within the member portal
- Assisting with PIN, Username and Passwords.
- Provide friendly and general technical support to the callers as they navigate through the online application.
- Ensure the callers computer is compatible with our application and walk them through any computer compatibility changes as needed.
- Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.
- Adheres to existing policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills required; help desk or call center experience a plus
- Proficient in computer use, including the ability to multitask across multiple applications; reliable internet service required
- Demonstrated oral, written, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, peers, and support partners
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
What you should expect in this role
- On-site at Oklahoma City, OK
- Qualified candidates may be contacted by our recruiting center located in another state
- Hours are 8am - 5pm (Monday thru Friday)

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
