We have a solid product-market fit, customers love us, and our solution makes a profound impact and difference in the world.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and select  functions, including Engineering, Finance, People, and Operations.

You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, translate that into focused search strategies, and guide candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Along the way, you’ll build relationships with passive talent, assess candidate qualifications, and help hiring teams make thoughtful, timely decisions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who brings strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage searches independently. You’ll have ownership of your requisitions, contribute practical improvements to the hiring process, and deliver a responsive, organized experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Do

    • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and select Engineering, Finance, People, and Operations positions.

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.

    • Build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, personalized outreach, referrals, and inbound applications.

    • Screen candidates for relevant experience, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.

    • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring-team feedback to keep searches moving.

    • Lead debriefs and advise hiring managers on candidate selection.

    • Partner with leadership and HR on offer approvals, negotiation, and closing.

    • Maintain accurate ATS records, share pipeline updates, and improve day-to-day recruiting practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house, agency, or combined environment, with a focus on sales and other go-to-market roles.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for sales and other go-to-market roles.

  • Experience independently managing searches and advising hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.

  • The ability to assess candidate experience against clear hiring criteria and communicate recommendations.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple concurrent searches.

  • Clear communication and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

  • Experience using an ATS (Lever), and sourcing tools (Juicebox, LI Recruiter).

Nice to Have

    • Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS, hardware, or technology company.

    • Familiarity with channel sales, partner ecosystems, or physical security.

Location

This is an hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the Sacramento office 3 times per week (Tues-Thurs).

Compensation

$75,000 - $90,000

Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, may include uncapped commission, performance/discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary & Equity Options
  • Flexible Schedule & Paid-Time Off
  • Excellent Healthcare Coverage
  • Generous Family Leave Policy
  • WFH & Workspace Supplies
  • Career Growth & Professional Development
  • Dog-Friendly Office + Pet Insurance

What We Value

  • Customers Come First: We're obsessed with improving our users' lives and constantly question how we can improve upon what already exists.
  • One Team: Innovating in the physical security industry can't be accomplished by just a single person, which is why we collaborate with exceptional individuals who inspire us to be our best.
