IT Vendor Contract Coordinator
Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support IT vendor contract administration, vendor onboarding, and contract renewal activities. This role is responsible for maintaining vendor records, ensuring contract data accuracy, supporting reporting efforts, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with IT vendor contract acquisitions, renewals, and administrative processes.
- Review, analyze, and maintain vendor agreements and contract documentation.
- Manage and update vendor and contract databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform quality reviews and audits of contract records and databases.
- Support vendor registration processes and coordinate required documentation.
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports for management and leadership.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and work instructions.
- Train and support users on contract management processes and database procedures.
- Collaborate with vendor management, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or related business operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience maintaining databases, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vendor management or contract lifecycle management.
- Experience communicating with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
- Paralegal, legal assistant, contract administration, or procurement experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms.
