Job Requirements This is a Hybrid role at Boston, MA (Relocation is fine)We are seeking an enterprise-focused Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to accelerate enterprise workflow automation and business transformation. You will embed directly with customer engineering teams to architect, build, and deploy production-grade multi-agent systems, leverage natural language data interfaces, and integrate tool-calling workflows grounded in enterprise data stores. Key Responsibilities Agentic AI & Data Architecture: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI and AWS Bedrock. Build hybrid RAG pipelines and secure data access layers via Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, and tools like Jira/ServiceNow. Embedded Enterprise Acceleration: Partner with technical and business leads to automate high-value workflows. Rapidly move solutions from concept to hardened, scalable production. Observability & Guardrails: Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring, tracing, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoints to ensure security, compliance, and low hallucination rates. Platform Feedback Loop: Abstract custom customer patterns into reusable architectural blueprints to inform internal product engineering. Required Qualifications Engineering Experience: 7+ years in Software, Data, or AI/ML Engineering shipping production software. Snowflake Expertise: Hands-on experience with Cortex AI (Analyst/Search), Snowpark, SQL optimization, and Horizon Catalog. AWS Cloud & GenAI: Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure (Amazon Bedrock, Serverless, Agent/LangGraph SDKs), multi-agent frameworks, vector search, and structured function calling. Software Core: Advanced Python, Docker, CI/CD, and frontend frameworks (React, Streamlit, or equivalent). Client Delivery: Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguous client environments. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers/gateways. Experience in regulated industries (Life Sciences/GxP, GDPR, AI Governance) or LLM fine-tuning/inference cost optimization.Work Experience 7-10Years
