Agent AI Architect

Role Summary

A Senior Forward Deployed Engineer works directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions in real customer environments. Unlike traditional product engineers who build a platform for all customers, FDEs deliver tailored solutions for specific customer business processes and enterprise systems

 

Key Responsibilities · Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations using the UiPath platform. · Develop AI Agents using UiPath Maestro and Agent Builder. · Translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions. · Extend platform functionality using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and integrations. · Debug and resolve issues across orchestration, AI inference, integrations, and data pipelines. · Drive customer implementations from design through production deployment. · Identify risks, communicate blockers, and ensure successful project delivery. · Contribute reusable components, implementation frameworks, and best practices. · Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams. · Mentor engineers and help improve technical standards.

 

Required Skills

· 5+ years of software engineering experience.

· Strong coding skills in:

o Python

o TypeScript (or similar modern programming languages)

· Experience building APIs and integrations.

· Cloud platform experience.

· Knowledge of enterprise systems and automation platforms.

· Strong customer-facing communication skills.

· Ability to independently manage technical workstreams and customer engagements.

· Experience in solution design and troubleshooting complex systems.

 

Preferred Skills

· Applied AI and Machine Learning experience.

· Prompt Engineering. · LLM experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).

· Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.

· Distributed systems and orchestration frameworks.

· RPA and automation technology experience.

· Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields (preferred).
