Job Description

Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe. We are looking for CNO Analyst/Programmers to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software using Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and Python.
  • Design and implement data flows and tasking frameworks for CNO tools.
  • Conduct design, code, and readiness reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Present and communicate technical updates and ensure thorough project documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and security standards are met.
  • Build and debug network-level applications using sockets programming.
  • Expertise in IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols for optimization.
  • Support integration, testing, and deployment of operational systems.

Requirements

  • At least four (4) years' experience designing and maintaining solutions utilizing CNO tools. Expertise in network programming and CNO techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering preferred. Equivalent years of experience is required without degree.
  • US citizenship and an active security clearance required #LI-BT1 #OpsConsulting
