Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Scrum practices, good communication skills, and the ability to help teams work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help the team follow Agile and Scrum practices.

• Track sprint progress and team activities.

• Identify and help resolve obstacles affecting the team.

• Coordinate with Product Owners and team members.

• Support continuous improvement and team collaboration.

• Maintain project updates and sprint documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
