We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Oracle databases, along with a solid understanding of modern application architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development.

In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, building robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile delivery, establish engineering best practices, and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and related technologies.
• Build scalable backend services using microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development principles.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access layers using Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and established software design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, technical leads, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver agreed-upon sprint objectives.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for application deployment and service orchestration.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective defect resolutions.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system reliability, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Maintain code quality and version control standards using Git and GitHub Enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve engineering efficiency.
• Communicate progress, manage technical risks, and proactively address dependencies and delivery challenges.

Must-Have Skills

• Java: Strong expertise in Java programming, object-oriented principles, data structures, and application development.
• React: Hands-on experience building modern, responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Spring Boot: Extensive experience developing backend services, REST APIs, and microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development and modern application architecture.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of automated testing, version control, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills

• JavaScript: Strong familiarity with modern JavaScript and frontend development practices.
• Artificial Intelligence: Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Microservices: Experience designing and implementing distributed, event-driven, and service-oriented applications.
• Experience with GraphQL, cloud-native development, and AWS services.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, OpenShift, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and enterprise-scale software delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech), or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables, contribute to engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software in an Agile development environment.
