Job Overview

We are looking for an Analytics/AI Translator who can bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams by identifying business problems that can be solved using data, analytics, and AI.

The ideal candidate will understand business needs, translate them into analytics and AI use cases, work with data and technical teams to shape solutions, and help drive adoption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value problems that can be addressed using analytics, AI, and data.
• Translate business requirements into clear analytics use cases, AI opportunities, and product requirements.
• Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers to define solutions.
• Explain technical analytics and AI concepts to business stakeholders in a clear and practical manner.
• Support solution adoption, change management, and realization of business value.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved decision-making.
• Help evaluate appropriate analytics techniques based on the business problem.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, including OLAP, deep learning, logistic regression, and machine learning.
• Ability to understand where and how different analytics/AI techniques can be applied to business problems.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience translating business needs into analytics use cases or product opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Customer Solutions and Supply Chain business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Analytics, AI, Data Science, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Supply Chain analytics or related business solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional product or technology teams.
• Understanding of AI/ML solution development and implementation lifecycle.
