Seeking a Staff AI Engineer / Technical Lead with 7+ years of software engineering experience and proven success delivering production applications. This individual should have hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions utilizing LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and tool-calling frameworks, while remaining actively involved in coding.

\n\n

The ideal candidate brings expertise in TypeScript, Python, or C#/.NET, strong cloud architecture experience in GCP, Azure, or AWS, and the ability to design scalable distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration platforms. Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, AI Engineer, or Solutions Architect is highly preferred.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
\n
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM application development
\n
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
\n
• Proven track record owning technical delivery, architecture, and product outcomes
\n
• Active user of AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
\n

Preferred Backgrounds: Staff AI Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, AI Solutions Architect, Lead Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Founding Engineer.
