Systems Analyst

• Location: Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD, Adelaide SA
• 12 months contract + 2 X 12 months extension options
• Must be hold minimum of Baseline clearance

FinXL is currently seeking multiple Senior Systems Analyst for an initial contract of up to 12 months. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical architectures and leading the implementation of key ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures.
• Plan and implement ICT solutions to support the business goals and objectives of the functional area.
• Lead team operations, monitor business performance, set priorities, and manage workflows.
• Analyse and document system requirements for applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ICT solutions. Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Must be capable of managing investigative work to enable feasibility assessments and preparing business cases.
• Must have experience driving scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for large, complex initiatives.
• Must be able to provide definitive expert advice in a specialist area and consolidate expertise from multiple sources.
• Must be able to design large or complex systems while balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prior experience within government or a similar large-scale organisation is preferred.
• Technical experience with systems and tools such as SAP CRM, SAP S/4 HANA, Db2, SQL, PEGA, Java, Angular, or Siebel CRM is highly relevant
