Digital Delivery Manager

Salary: Up to £110,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Location: UK Wide - Excluding London (Remote with client travel as required)

We are supporting a leading UK digital consultancy in recruiting a Digital Delivery Manager to join a growing Digital Transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the successful delivery of complex digital programmes across the Public Sector and Healthcare, helping clients transform the way they deliver critical services through technology.

This is an opportunity to join a consultancy renowned for delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes, combining strategy, user-centred design and engineering to solve complex challenges. You'll lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and oversee the successful delivery of high-profile digital services from inception through to live operation.

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong consultancy background who can lead Agile delivery, manage commercial performance, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. You'll be responsible for programme governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships through exceptional delivery.

Candidates must have experience of:
  • 5+ years delivering complex digital transformation programmes
  • Leading Agile software delivery across web and mobile applications
  • Client-facing consultancy environments
  • Managing project governance, budgets (£1M+) and commercial performance
  • Senior stakeholder management and executive reporting
  • Business development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing contracts and commercial responsibilities
  • Leading multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams
  • Delivering projects within the Public Sector or Healthcare
  • Driving continuous improvement and mentoring delivery teams
Desirable experience:
  • Delivering large-scale Agile programmes within multi-supplier environments
  • User-centred design, user research and analytics
  • Securing follow-on work through successful client delivery
  • Project or Programme Management certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum etc.)
