Interview Process
Initial 15-minute screen, followed by technical interviews.

Requirements

  • Technical Stack

    • TypeScript and Python are primary languages; experience with web stack and Chrome extensions beneficial.
    • Focus on enabling AI tools and infrastructure for rapid development.

    Seniority

    • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering.​

    Work experience

    • Has shipped and maintained production platform infrastructure in a B2B SaaS environment -​CI/CD,​ Kubernetes,​ containerization,​ cloud deployments,​ database migrations;​ has made painful mistakes and learned from them
    • Startup experience post-​Series A;​ ideally has seen a company grow from Series A-​B

     Nice to have:

    Experience at a Martech or data/analytics tooling background (e.​g.​,​ Ramp,​ PostHog,​ Rippling,​ Amplitude,​ Segment) -​ they understand horizontal B2B products and have seen comparable platform problems

    • preference for ex-founders or founding engineers.
