Senior LCNC Developer - ACWS Fort Dix, NJ Apply All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.

Summary: Leads Appian developer driving low-code design, development, modernization, and sustainment to enhance contract writing and related business processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Appian Senior or Lead Developer certification and CompTia Sec+
• 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Appian development
• Deep experience designing, configuring, and delivering Appian applications in enterprise environments
• Ability to translate epics, features, and user stories into scalable workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations
• Knowledge of workflow automation, testing support, release coordination, and production sustainment
• Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing Appian best practices
• Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on Government requirements.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired  Responsibilities:
• Lead Appian solution design and development activities
• Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions
• Guide modernization of legacy capabilities into Appian
• Coordinate with architects, testers, and DevSecOps personnel to support successful delivery and sustainment The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate.

Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
