What You’ll Get to Do

• Own day-to-day recruiting coordination for a large enterprise account
• Keep candidates, internal teams, and client activity aligned and moving forward
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using job boards, sourcing, and outreach
• Track pipeline health, interviews, and offers using Excel and reporting tools
• Spot issues early and help solve them before they become problems
• Support client communication and gradually take on more account responsibility

• 0–3 years of experience (recent grads welcome)
• Strong organization skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and trackers
• Analytical mindset — you like data, patterns, and clear systems
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism
• Interest in growing into an account management or client-facing role
