The Role

• Execute practical, hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.
• Organize and coordinate construction work, renovations, and repairs.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers, including scheduling, contracting, and quality assurance.
• Interpret and create electrical schematics.
• Independently plan, project, and coordinate technical work.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology).
• Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics.
• Proven experience in planning, coordination, and independent work.
• Background in project management for technical tasks.
• Valid certification according to Technical Directive for Interior Spaces (TRI).
• Strong practical skills combined with a passion for planning and organization.
• Team player with an open and communicative working style.
