The Role • Lead the design and development of architectural and systems solutions white papers. • Coordinate process and baseline updates for requirements and architectural diagrams. • Track and report execution status, generating detailed reports for stakeholders. • Manage schedules, risks, defects, and action items. • Perform comprehensive systems engineering tasks including requirements analysis, trade studies, and integration testing. • Develop technical solutions, decompose them into system-level requirements, and author detailed design documentation. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years. • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to deployment. • Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance. • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, Waterfall, and Agile practices. • Proven experience leading and directing team activities. • Strong communication skills for effective interface with internal and external customers. • Prior knowledge and experience working on Air Traffic programs.
