Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie | Amerang, Bayern, Germany | On-site We are seeking dedicated professionals to help build and shape a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit at our Vogtareuth location. This is an opportunity to join a leading national healthcare provider recognized for its high standards and innovative approach to mental health care. The Role • Contribute to the organization and structuring of the daily clinic routine, ensuring a smooth process for patients and the team. • Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building on themes from individual or group therapies to support the healing process. • Provide first-line intervention in acute crisis situations, offering competent support to maintain stability and safety. • Lead therapy groups focusing on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill training to foster patient development. • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator), Heilerziehungspfleger (Special Needs Educator), or Heimerzieher (Residential Care Worker). • Ideally, experience in psychiatry or in residential group care settings (though not a mandatory requirement). • Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their guardians. • An eagerness to learn and develop new skills within a supportive professional environment.
