Job Summary B&A is seeking a Cybersecurity Technology Management Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations Enterprise Enclave and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave Engineering (IOEE/IOSEE) Support Services.

This is a primarily remote position, within 15 miles of Fort Belvoir, or approved place of performance Off-Site. Pre-approved alternate work locations include select DLA locations and surrounding commuting zones. • Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Pre-approved alternate work locations include the following DLA locations and surrounding commuting zones: DLA Disposition Services, Battle Creek, MI; DLA Defense Supply Center, Columbus, OH; DLA Dayton, WPAFB, Dayton, OH; DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA; DLA Ogden Defense Depot, Ogden, UT; DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia, PA; DLA Aviation, Richmond, VA; DLA Distribution, Anniston, AL; DLA Distribution, San Diego, CA; DLA Disposition Services, Fort Bragg, NC; DLA Disposition Services, Robins AFB, GA; DLA Disposition Services, Tobyhanna, PA Responsibilities · Serves as an IA Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to IA Architecture policies and procedures. · Provides IA Management support to DLA Information Operations, Program Executive Officer (PEO) Program Management Offices (PMO) for emerging information systems through the acquisition lifecycle and where applicable into sustainment.  · Provides technical support and guidance to facilitate the identification and integration of IA controls at the onset of the acquisition lifecycle for emerging IT capabilities.  · Serves as a principal liaison for Enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives to ensure consistent and sufficient identification and implementation of applicable IA controls in concert with the DLA IA and IT architecture.  · Provides oversight for the design and implementation of Enterprise-level IA solutions providing standards for access control capabilities across the Enterprise. Education and Experience · Five (5) years of relevant experience to include Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience · Ten (10) years of practical industry, government and/or consulting experience in information technology management · IT project management experience using various Microsoft tools · Knowledge and experience in managing information technology services and strategies · Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint Required Certifications · DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM level III · Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Desired Certifications · Ten (10) years of relevant Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience · National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) C&A experience · DoW IA experience Security Clearance · Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years  Physical & Work Environment Requirements Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation.
