Job Description

Hello,

Job Title: Information Technology Support Engineer

Location: Augusta, GA , 5 Days Onsite

Employment Type : Full Time Only

Experience: 5-7+ years

Note: Augusta but candidate must be willing to be out of Princeton, NJ for a week for training (Expenses paid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 level end-user support (desktop/laptop) in a call center environment
  • Perform system imaging, OS deployment, and software installation/configuration
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components including desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Offer technical support to users via calls, tickets, and in-person interactions
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding (device setup, O365 configuration, access provisioning)
  • Perform regular software updates, patches, and security checks to ensure system stability and compliance
  • Maintain and track IT assets lifecycle ensuring audit readiness
  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi and basic network-related issues
  • Basic administration and troubleshooting of AD, DNS, DHCP, and server-related tasks
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, licensing)
  • Handle on-call/floor support to minimize business downtime
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware support, procurement, and ISP-related issues

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in desktop/L2 support
  • Expertise in Windows OS, system imaging, and application deployment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Basic knowledge of networking and server environments
  • Experience with IT asset management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and user-handling skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment

Note:

  • Candidate should be proactive, accountable, and capable of handling operations independently
  • Prior experience in call center/BPO environment is highly preferred
