The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Notfallsanitäter (Paramedic) or Rettungsassistent (Emergency Medical Assistant).
• Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with patients and their families.
• Flexibility to work shifts including full-time arrangements.
