The Role • Leading medical care and responsible supervision of junior medical staff on the Intermediate Care unit. • Actively contributing to the development and expansion of the IMC unit's patient spectrum and services. • Participating in the on-call duty roster for the neuropediatric department to ensure continuous patient care. • Engaging in the further development of medical processes and patient care strategies. What You'll Need • Specialist Physician in Pediatrics with specialization in Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Pneumology, or Pediatric Intensive Care. • Alternatively, a Specialist Physician in Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesia. • Proven experience in inpatient care and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities. • Strong commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centered care.
