Summary: • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, maintaining high system availability and security. • Configure and administer Windows and Linux operating systems across enterprise environments. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate routine tasks using Ansible and Terraform. • Provide dedicated Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical troubleshooting and user support.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $231k+ yearly Job Description: • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, servers, storage, and network components. • Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including software installation and network configuration. • Automate system administration and deployment tasks utilizing Ansible and Terraform. • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for hardware and software issues. • Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and conduct capacity analysis and planning. • Escalate issues and communicate system status, detailed analysis, and feedback to leadership and stakeholders.
