Marketing Coordinator Line of Business Marketing
Location:
Chicago, IL Hybrid (2 3 days/week) preferred; Remote candidates may be considered
Duration:
Contract through February 2027, with potential for extension
Job Summary
Seeking a
Marketing Coordinator to support Line of Business Marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, marketing operations, reporting, project coordination, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and web channels.
Manage campaign workflows, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Support email marketing, website updates, and content deployment.
Prepare recurring marketing reports, performance summaries, and presentations
.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with
Marketing, Underwriting, Risk Control, Claims, and other business teams
.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and generative AI
.
Maintain project documentation, reporting calendars, and marketing systems.
Ensure deliverables follow brand, compliance, and review requirements.

Required Skills
~2 4+ years of experience in
Marketing, Marketing Operations, Communications, or Campaign Coordination
.
~ Experience with campaign execution, reporting, and project coordination.
~ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
~ Proficiency with
Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
.
~ Experience with marketing technology, project management, email marketing, or CMS platforms is preferred.
~ Familiarity with
Generative AI tools and process automation is a plus.
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
~ B2B, agency, or insurance marketing experience preferred.
