The Role

• Enhance the customer shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership.
• Perform a variety of operational tasks across the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, merchandise display, and quality checks, including expiry dates.
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods at the point of sale.
• Handle cashier duties and assist with stockroom operations and store maintenance.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and motivation to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A friendly demeanour and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• A hands-on approach with a commitment to diligence and engagement.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organisational skills, and leadership experience.
• Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
