The Role • Enhance the customer shopping experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership. • Perform a variety of operational tasks across the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, merchandise display, and quality checks, including expiry dates. • Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods at the point of sale. • Handle cashier duties and assist with stockroom operations and store maintenance.
