JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking an SAP B2R Business Analyst for a 6-12M+ Contract opportunity that is remote (w/ occasional travel to the DFW area).  The SAP B2R Business Analyst will focus on supporting and enhancing SAP B2R business processes that enable enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The SAP B2R Business Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, primarily leveraging SAP FI/CO, BPC, and S/4HANA. The SAP B2R Business Analyst will configure and support financial planning and reporting capabilities, write functional specifications, coordinate testing and UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and support month-end and year-end financial close activities. Additionally, the SAP B2R Business Analyst will contribute to SAP enhancements and implementations while ensuring financial reporting processes remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

• Business Requirements Analysis – Partnering with Finance / Accounting / IT Stakeholders to Gather / Analyze / Translate Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial Reporting Requirements into SAP Solutions
• SAP B2R Solution Design – Designing / Configuring SAP FI/CO / BPC / S4HANA Solutions Supporting Budget-to-Report (B2R) Business Processes
• Functional Solution Delivery – Developing Functional Specifications / Test Cases / Training Materials Supporting SAP B2R Enhancements / Implementations
• Financial Close Support – Supporting Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End Financial Close Activities utilizing SAP Reporting / Financial Management Tools
• SAP Production Support – Troubleshooting / Resolving Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial Reporting Issues in SAP B2R Environments
• SAP Enhancements / Implementations – Leading / Supporting SAP Enhancement Projects / System Upgrades / New Functionality Implementations
• Financial Controls / Compliance – Ensuring Compliance with Internal Controls / Audit Requirements / Financial Governance Standards
• End-User Training / Support – Providing End-User Training / Knowledge Transfer / Ongoing Functional Support for SAP B2R Processes / Solutions
